1. Compliance with the law

Stlex complies with relevant national laws, guidelines and regulations.

2. Purpose of use

The Company uses customers' personal information for the following purposes:

3. Restricted Use

Without the consent of the relevant customers, the Company shall not use personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, except where permitted by the Act or other laws or regulations; however, this provision does not apply to the following cases:

1. Use personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;

2. The use of personal information is necessary to protect the life, body or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the relevant customers;

3. The use of personal information is very necessary to improve public health or promote the physical and mental health of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the relevant customers;

4. The use of personal information is necessary for dealing with the national government, local government or individuals or entities entrusted to perform matters prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the relevant customers may hinder the performance of the relevant matters.

4. Security Control

The Company fully and appropriately supervises its employees to ensure the security control of personal information to deal with the risk of loss, destruction, tampering or leakage. When the Company entrusts a third party to handle all or part of the personal information, the Company fully and appropriately supervises the third party to ensure the security control of personal information.

5. Provide to third parties

Unless disclosure is permitted by the Act or other laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the relevant customers; however, the following situations shall not be deemed as the Company providing personal information to third parties:

1. The Company entrusts a third party to process personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use;

2. Provide personal information due to a change of ownership in a merger or other activities.

6. Disclosure

If a customer requests the Company to disclose personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the Company shall first confirm that the request is made by the person in charge and then disclose the personal information to the customer immediately (if the Company does not have such personal information, the Company shall notify the customer of the relevant situation); however, this provision shall not apply when the Company is not obliged to disclose such personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act or other laws or regulations.

7. Correction, etc.

If a customer requests the Company to correct, add or delete personal information on the grounds that the personal information is contrary to the facts in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the Company shall first confirm that the request was made by the person in charge, then promptly conduct necessary investigations to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and then correct, add or delete the personal information based on the results of the investigation and notify the customer of the relevant situation (if the Company decides not to perform the correction, addition or deletion, the Company shall notify the customer of the relevant situation); however, this provision shall not apply when the Company is not obliged to perform the correction, addition or deletion in accordance with the provisions of the Act or other laws and regulations.

8. Suspension of use, etc.

If a customer requests the Company to stop using or deleting personal information on the grounds that the Company's processing of personal information exceeds the purpose of use announced in advance or that the personal information was obtained by fraud or other improper means in accordance with the provisions of the Act, and the investigation proves that the request is reasonable, the Company shall first confirm that the request was made by the person in charge, then promptly stop using or deleting the personal information and notify the customer of the relevant situation; however, this provision shall not apply when the Company is not obliged to stop using or deleting personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

The services provided by the Company may use cookies or similar technologies. These technologies help the Company understand the usage of the Company's services and continuously improve the services. If the user wants to disable cookies, the user can change the web browser settings to disable cookies. Please note that after disabling cookies, the user will no longer be able to use some parts of the service.
